Standard Wine Racks

We manufacture a traditional range of wine racking from galvanised metal strip and whitewood blocks for the following sizes of wine bottle.

We also manufacture.

Where one wine bottle fits behind the other.

All wine racking is made to measure and is delivered ready for you to fit into your cellar.

All wine racking can be stained to suit different colour schemes.

Standard Bottle Racking

The racking for Standard Bottles takes all 75cl wine bottles including Champagne Bottles.

It can be built in square or rectangular units up to a maximum size of 25 holes (2456 mm) by 12 holes (1197mm). We also make wine racking to fit under stairs, arches or to other shaped spaces.

Standard wine racks are 230 mm deep.

Customers should check access routes to the cellar before ordering the larger sizes of rack, particularly if racks need to go down stairs into a cellar. Be warned they don't bend!

Larger horizontal runs of racking can be acheived by fitting two or more racks alongside each other and using simple jointing strips between the racks.

In some locations where access has been difficult we have solved the problem of building a large rack by fitting one rack on top of another, with batterns between racks.

Double Depth racking can be built in units up to 150 holes, e.g.:-

Double-depth wine racks are 533 mm deep.

Customers should be aware that double depth racks are bulky and difficult to move, particularly the larger sizes. Thus they should carefully check that they have a clear access route to their cellar. You will need two people to move racks.

We regret it is not practical to build double depth half or magnum size racks.
